Who We Are

Georgia Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Estate Administration Lawyer

Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Our Clients

A Personal Approach to Every Case and Every Client

Welcome to the Law Offices of P. Charles Scholle. I am Charles Scholle and I want to tell you about why I practice personal injury law, how I approach cases and clients, how that differs from other law firms and why I hope you contact me to discuss your matter.

First and foremost, Georgia is my home. I am a native of North Georgia and grew up in Athens. I am proud to say that I am an honors graduate of the University of Georgia in finance and law. My wife and I are raising three boys in the Atlanta area.

I became a lawyer because I enjoy intellectual challenges and because I wanted to do something that matters. That is why I chose personal injury law and estate administration as the focus of my practice.

Why the Personal Approach Means More for You

In my law practice and my community service work, I have been able to help many families dealing with very serious and often life-changing challenges. When you retain me as your counsel, I handle your case personally. I do not accept every case. That is because when I do take a case, I give it personal attention in all aspects, not only with legal expertise, but with the medical and financial support and planning that often comes along with a serious or catastrophic injury.

For nearly two decades, I have fought, in cities across Georgia and the southeastern United States, for justice for individuals and families against some of the most powerful institutions in the world. These include multi-national businesses, hospitals and health care providers, taxing authorities, insurance companies and governmental entities. I have successfully represented hundreds of clients to defeat these forces, repeatedly obtaining record results for our clients, even in conservative jurisdictions.

The Importance of Your Story

I am proud that I have developed a strong reputation as a lawyer with good values and highest ethical standards in law practice. I am a tenacious advocate with an excellent reputation among my peers at the bar and judges on the bench. My focus is on your results and I believe that maintaining the highest standards will achieve those results for you.

I am known for innovative strategies, intuitive abilities and the artful telling of my clients' stories -- so others will listen and are motivated to act and to help. Simply put, I provide meticulous attention to detail and a keen work ethic.

An Approach That Gets Results

My basic philosophy towards law practice has served my clients well over the years. I accept only a few cases at a time and focus my legal skills and resources on only those select cases. Other law firms do “high-volume” practice and spread their time and resources over hundreds of cases at a time, which makes it impossible for them to direct their best efforts to any one matter. And in the end, the client ends up feeling isolated and neglected. This will not happen when you retain me as your counsel.
